How it all started

In May 2020 a group of specialists and experts from several already existing organisations joined forces and established the Aviation Compliance & Safety Group.
Regulatory Agencies or Authorities and Companies in the Commercial and Military Aviation Industry in need of advice and support can count on our expertise. Our group of specialists and experts have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to the full array of challenges that the aviation technical sector faces.

HACE provides a wide range of Consultancy, Support and Training services to MRO organisations, from EASA Part-145, -66/147 up to ISO-9001 and AS/EN9120.
All services and products HACE offers, directly or indirectly relate to Avaition Maintenance activities. Several additional non-aviation maintenance related services they also offer, are realized by working together with subject matter experts, such as the partners of the Aviation Compliance & Safety Group. With these experts, HACE has set-up partnerships for subjects that are not part of their daily scope of work.

MarQonform as independent quality, compliance and safety professional is able to use 35 years of experience and knowledge gained in the aviation industry to establish, maintain and improve quality and compliance systems.

With over 20 years of international experience in leading management positions in aircraft maintenance, maintenance training and continuing airworthiness, WE QUALIFY can offer advice on proven industry practices and have an extensive knowledge about aircraft maintenance. Compliance is a pre-condition in our Industry, but to exceed compliance and to make it beneficiary to the company profitability is essential.

Aviation Quality Support (AQS) has specialised itself in Continuing Airworthiness.
They can deliver support within: Part-M, Part-145 ,Part-66 and Part-147 including Part-CAMO and SMS, Part-CAO and Part-ML.
For the last years AQS is also active within Safety Management Systems on the continuing airworthiness side of aviation.
Due to the added value of and active and well driven SMS culture within every organisation this improves on safety in general but also in improved standard with regard to compliance.
Big focus is in building the correct attitudes and behaviours within every organisation.
Also the EMARS (European Military Aviation Requirements) are within the scope of AQS, only for EMAR-M, -145, -66 and -147.
Support can be within several roles: Support in implementation, coaching, independent audits, internal training or conversion towards Part-CAMO / CAO, start-up, set-up SMS (Management System) etc.
In the past AQS has held and still holding Form-4 position in: CAMO with 145, 145 Line Maintenance Organisation, CAMO (within AOC). And have been involved in the start-up and certification of: CAMO’s, -145’s and -147’s.

Quality and Safety Advising is an Aircraft Maintenance oriented company. With many years of global Aircraft Maintenance experience they have aquired disicplines in maintenance and modification (in general and business aviation) including corresponding document set-up (minors and majors), leading the set-up of a Part 145 Maintenance Organisation and corresponding documents as well as setting up a FAA- and TCCA-approved organizaton, assisting with the set-up of a Design Organisation and a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation and the corresponding documents.
Quality and Safety Advising has combined their work with also full filling the Continuing Airworthiness Manager’s role (Form 4). In the meantime they supported the Quality Department in the role as auditor for sub-contractors; having much fun regarding to improvements, interaction with personnel and supporting the self-learning organization. After that Quality and Safety Advising made the move to the Quality Manager positions (Form 4) in a Part 145 and a Part 21 Production Organisation, where knowledge and experience was also gained in the ISO and AS certification field. Quality and Safety Advising is available to support your organization, whether it is Part-145, Part-21 Subpart J and G, ISO-9001, AS/EN-9100 or -9110. They are looking forward to assist you!
